What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
If you need an early check-in or late check-out, message us in advance. We’ll do our best based on the turnover schedule.
Is the pool heated?
Yes. The pool heater is set to a comfortable temperature for guests.
Please do not adjust any pool equipment. During cold spells, the pool may not always reach the desired temperature.
Is Bliss one home or multiple units?
Bliss Pool Villas is a boutique property with four private villas arranged around a shared courtyard and heated pool.
How close is the beach?
We’re located in Lake Worth Beach and are a short drive to the beach. We’re happy to share our favorite access points and parking tips once you arrive.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, pre-registered pets under 30 lbs. are welcome.
Pets are not permitted in the courtyard or pool area out of consideration for other guests, unless transiting to the street. Dogs may be walked along the street. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted inside any villa or within the courtyard/pool area.
A designated smoking area with cigarette disposal is provided outside of the courtyard, to the left of the property when facing it from the street.
Are parties or visitors allowed?
No parties, receptions, or events are permitted.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Daytime visitors require prior host approval before arrival.
Where do we put trash and recycling?
Black bins are for trash and yellow/blue bins are for recycling. Bins are located throughout the property for your convenience.
Please dispose of all trash used in the courtyard and return furniture/umbrellas to their original setup after use.
Do you provide beach chairs or umbrellas?
Yes. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and coolers are available in the shed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please clean sand off items before returning them to the shed.
Can I charge my electric vehicle at the property?
The property is not equipped for EV charging. If you need charging during your stay, let us know and we’ll gladly provide nearby station options.
What about bugs or pests?
This is South Florida. If doors are left open, pests may enter (mosquitos, palmetto bugs, etc.).
We have routine pest control in place. We do not provide refunds for critters found inside or outside the property, but please message us right away so we can address any issue promptly.
What is your hurricane / tropical storm policy?
We strongly recommend travel insurance during hurricane season. Refunds are not provided due to weather unless a mandatory evacuation is ordered by local government authorities.
If an evacuation is required, we will notify you and you must vacate so we can secure the property.
Where are extra linens and towels?
Extra sets of linens (including for the sleep sofa), towels, and beach towels are located inside the black and white bag within the unit.
How do I get help during my stay?
Message us anytime through your booking channel or direct booking communication. If something isn’t perfect, please let us know right away — we want to fix issues during your stay.
