Check-In & Check-Out

Standard Times

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is not guaranteed and depends on the turnover schedule. Please request in advance.

Before You Arrive

• Confirm your arrival window (especially if arriving late)
• Review the House Rules
• If you’re bringing a pet, ensure it is pre-registered
• Keep your phone handy for door code access

Arrival & Entry

• You’ll receive check-in instructions and door code details prior to arrival
• Use your assigned entry door and park in your designated area
• Please keep the courtyard peaceful—other guests may already be relaxing

For security, exterior cameras monitor entry points and the courtyard only. There are no interior cameras.

During Your Stay

• Lock villa doors when you leave and also when you are inside
• Please do not adjust pool equipment (heater and controls are preset)
• Help us prevent AC damage: do not run AC with doors/windows open

Check-Out Instructions

• Check-out is by 11:00 AM
• Place used towels in the bathroom
• Dispose of all trash and remove food from the refrigerator
• Close and lock all doors upon departure
• Return courtyard furniture to its original place if moved
• Close patio umbrellas after use to prevent wind damage

Trash & Recycling

For your convenience, there are black trash bins and yellow/blue recycle bins located throughout the property. Please dispose of trash used in the courtyard.
